Who needs a van life for these! They are going to my recipe file/folder/messy stack once home.

A real-life test kitchen? I’m going back to double check those quantities!

Yum! I'm not in a van but I love a good one-pot veggie recipe and these all look delicious! I'll be trying them soon for sure!

It's so good not having much to wash up Jenny.

I hope you enjoy, let me know!

Love seeing the haul! It's proper van life Masterchef! I honestly find these occasions a welcome challenge. Having all the ingredients at your finger tips all the time gets boring (lol first world problems). Cooking to the seasons and/or occasions is much more interesting!! 🫶🏼

Boxed n’ everyfink! Even better when it’s pre-ordered for the quick collect n’ run! Clearly we’re carting our spices from location to location now. Sentimental Spices? Again.. first world problem.

All recipes are sound yummy to taste, though some of them I Already tasted so far 😋

Thanks Shree, it was definitely all about ‘yum’, particularly after hiking up Norwegian mountains! And yes, recipes like Dhal have 4,000,000 variations… just adding mine to the list 🫶

I randomly want to know how much sesame oil was in Norway! What's your go to spice haul? Ours is zaatar, proper hot curry powder, garam masala, sumac and ras el hanout.

I couldn’t believe they actually had s. oil in the supermarket.

Your spice kit gives our more basic a boojee upgrade – cumin, turmeric, chilli flakes (not the Parisian fairy floss we RIP’d), Greek oregano, smokey paprika, Murray River salt flakes.

Smoky paprika is a good one! And yes to chilli flakes though we find them most places. Sumac is great when lemon isn't available and ras El hanout brings chickpeas to life!
