Great tip Deb. Keeping an agile mind and an open brief is so important. We're constantly learning at every stage of the planning and building. Sounds very similar to any kind of startup thinking really.

As a horticulturist I also consider ASPECT. Even if this is fictional. North facing is very advantageous to sunrise, sunset and Summer and Winter sunlight. Sunrise on bedroom or kitchen? Shade in Summer, Sun in Winter, window placement, solar panels. All these considerations are relevant to Nth, Sth, East and West orientation. 👌🌻deb

Aspect, yes of course. It's funny I find when I mention the tiny build to most people, the first thing they ask is 'Where are you going to be' rather than 'What's it going to look like'. Even architects can't get their head around building without an environment to respond to. You're right... build with future aspect intention.
